Management philosophy

Considerate technology that leads to Eco

In Japan, we have been wasting importing from overseas and despite the shortage of resources.
However, such a thing will not be allowed from the point of view of resource depletion and environmental protection anymore.
We must take the initiative in recycling resources and make efforts to leave limited resources and a beautiful environment for the next generation.
We declare this as our corporate philosophy.

Our technology is possible to be achieved surface modification and longer life by executing the high-functional materials coating to molds, dies, and mechanical tools.
In addition, when failure like wearing, scuffing, corrosion, and wounds are occurred, reconditioning repair is possible by extremely low heat input overlay without internal stress or material alteration occurred.
By reproduction repair with our technology like this, resources are effectively used and the environment is conserved as a result.

For equipment-equipped companies, spare parts inventories and downtime for parts replacement can be reduced, reducing costs and increasing productivity.
